Podcast: Episode 117 – Worthy of the Mountain – Kirsten and the 100km Alpine Challenge

OperationMove · December 20, 2019 · Leave a Comment

Today, I’m talking to Kirsten about her 100km Alpine Challenge

You can follow Kirsten at @shelovestorun and she’s also our head coach over at Run Club, where she also writes custom programs. One of the big questions that came for Kirsten after her first unsupported 100km run was how she managed her mindset and her mental headspace through such a long event, with a whole heap of challenges and battling a whole lot of fatigue. So this is the main area that we dive into today.
